STech does not offer refunds under any circumstances. Once an order is placed and delivered, the amount cannot be refunded.

Replacement or exchange is only applicable in case of a faulty or damaged product.

• Customers must contact us within 5 days of receiving the product
• Requests made after 5 days will not be entertained
• Replacement is subject to verification and approval

To process a replacement request, customers must provide:

✔ A clear parcel opening video (continuous, no cuts or pauses)
Original airway bill / courier slip
Original invoice

⚠️ Failure to provide any of the above proofs will result in rejection of the claim

🚫 Exceptions to Replacement Policy

The following items are not eligible for replacement or exchange:

• Products that are used, damaged, or tampered with
• Products missing original parts, accessories, or packaging
Sale, discounted, or clearance items
• Claims raised after the 5-day period

  2. Share your order number, issue details, and parcel opening video

  3. Our team will review and verify the claim

  4. If approved, a replacement will be processed
